“Do the overhaul,” they say. It’s a nice sentiment, if resources (it’s almost always financial—to pay for private trainers, attend wellness classes, purchase diet plans and supplements, etc. ) are in abundance.
But if you’re like us, who live in the real world where time, money, and the chaos of the day-to-day are constantly in the mix, you know that small, thoughtful shifts matter more than big, shiny promises.

Although we realize that AI is helpful in more ways than anyone can imagine, we want to earn our credibility the human way. We write our own stuff based on research, as well as our personal wellness journeys.
